Coverage area
If you are situated within the area of Gretna then there is no call-out fee.
You can still benefit from our services outside the coverage area, but there will be a £10 call-out fee plus 40 pence per mile outside the coverage area.
Alternatively you can contact us for FREE. Just simply fill in the contact form , and THS will call you back.
It is quite possible that there is a serious problem with your PC, and we may be unable to complete the work on initial call out. You will not be charged anything until the completion of work. If the PC is completely un-repairable, there is absolutely no charge.
